Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
A standard shipping fee applies to orders below this amount. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can track your shipment.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the order cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing an order.

AuraDecor is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
